As promised, here are a few of my favorite recipes, and yes...alcohol counts as a course when prepared properly. I will try to add recipe plans like this weekly, but I will not be advertising them on Social Media just to avoid posting too much so don't forget to subscribe; and feel free to shoot me ideas as well.
Blue Moscow Mule (Click here for link) - Moscow Mules are so simple to make, yet they taste so damn good! And besides, would a meal be a meal without some palate-cleansing vodka beforehand?
Chicken Gnocchi Soup (Click here for link) - Believe it or not, this sounds a lot harder to make than it actually is. This recipe is super filling and leftovers make for a great lunch.
Baked Four Cheese Garlic Spaghetti Squash (Click here for link) - If you've never heard of a spaghetti squash, or you doubt that they could possibly be good...you are MISSING OUT! They leave you as full as a bowl of pasta, but without the carbs.
Pistachio and White Chocolate Pudding Cookies (Click here for link) - Last but not least, comes dessert. Because what's better than a touch of sweetness to end what was...hopefully...a well-cooked meal.
Try these out and let me know what you think! I'm telling you, don't knock the spaghetti squash just because it's a "squash".
Thanks for reading,
